Department for Transport Regulated Agent

Spatial gained approval by the Department for Transport in 1995 to operate as a Regulated Agent. A detailed security programme is approved and regularly tested by the DFT in order to ensure the safe carriage of air cargo to the required standards laid down by the Aviation Security Regulations of 1993 and amended in 1996 and 1998. Spatial has demonstrated to those within the industry that it is qualified to help safeguard civil aviation operators and aircraft agents against acts of unlawful interference.
